Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at Avantus Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions to meet customer needs. Your focus will be on driving sales performance, achieving targets, and contributing to the company’s overall growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Promote Avantus Solutions’ portfolio of IT and technology services to prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are effectively addressed.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales or selling to corporate clients.
- Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN), cloud migration, and data center solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
