UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

As a UI/UX Designer at Avantus Solutions, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience of our digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including developers, product man agers, and stakeholders, to turn complex ideas into user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and gather insights.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs align with project goals and technical feasibility.
Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Implement user-centered design principles to create seamless and visually appealing interfaces.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like Axure, InVision, or similar.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
